The Municipality of Mokronog–Trebelno (Slovene: Občina Mokronog - Trebelno) is a municipality in Slovenia. The municipality was created in 2006 when it seceded from the Municipality of Trebnje. It is part of the traditional province of Lower Carniola. The municipality is now included in the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region. Its centre is the settlement Mokronog.

The local church in the settlement is dedicated to Saint Judoc (Slovene: sveti Jošt) and belongs to the Parish of Mokronog. The local church in the settlement is dedicated to Saint Peter. Until 1803 it was the parish church, but the parish was then moved to Trebelno. The ruins of Čretež Castle, a castle first mentioned in written documents dating to the 14th century, but evidently dating to at least the 13th century, destroyed by fire in 1770, can be found on a hill above the settlement.
